  • There will be a number of public comment sessions scheduled as part of this meeting (Resolutions, Ordinances, and Public Comment). At the appropriate time, the Mayor will open the floor to public comment. If a member of the public wishes to comment they must unmute their device and state their name. There may also be an executive session scheduled for the meeting. The public will not be able to participate in that portion of the meeting. There may be action taking by the governing body after the conclusion of an executive session.
  • During the Public Comment portions of the meeting, the Mayor will recognize each person separately and relinquish the floor. Once the floor is relinquished, the person who wishes to comment must once again state their name and provide their address for the record. This procedure will repeat itself until all comments are heard. The Mayor will then close the floor to public comment.
